Internet should be used to reduce distances and bring people virtually closer. Using ICT, many people has overcome the problem of digital divided thanks to support of information system technologies, (eg: email, wiky, community, weblog, video streaming). Nowadays the communications between people using ICT hasn’t a structure able to implement a rich and efficient use of information. Every day many people has to manage an exorbitant quantity of data and moreover these information aren’t organize, because these interchange, are very similar to a conversation between person and not between computers. This aspect needs an organization that isn’t present in the current model of ICT. The goal is to extend Information Communication Technology with the concept of Organization “ICOT”. This solution allows end users to share and use structured informationbetween different applicative domains.
